We have creative & passionate team members who are always on hand to discuss any questions or hesitations you may have in relation to your product & colour selection. We use some of the most respected brands for our products and materials to ensure that your home is built to a high quality. We have a selection of colour palettes to choose from including samples of cabinets & benchtops along with various flooring options (a one-stop-shop). This is all available, through The Studio, to help make your home building journey as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Bungalow prides it's business on creating the best customer experience & prefers to meet with you personally to start building a relationship with you. We give you the opportunity to ask as many questions as you need to & we can ask you all the right questions to ensure that we believe we can meet & match your expectations.
We ask you to complete a 'Wishlist' to ensure when we start the design process we know what to include in your new home design. We like to get the big picture including any future plans you may have to ensure that your home is placed upon your land not to restrict any future additions such as pools, shed etc.
Once we have established a relationship that we think can work we will ask you to book a time for us to meet you on your block of land so that we can ensure that in the design stage we take into consideration views, the landscape, prevailing wind directions & the orientation of your home.
